Install Instructions:
First of all you have to download this database fix and extract it into your Football Manager 2019 editor data folder:

You need to delete some files (tutorial here) and then start a new save with this loaded database fix, for Brazilian team kits to be shown.
How to do that?
- Start a new Football Manager career game.
- Click Database in the top-right of the screen, and make sure this database is ticked
- Continue and create a new game
